APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Student Teaching Application Forms are available at the College
of Education Website:
http://www.coe.wayne.edu/
Applications must be submitted to the Student Teaching
Office, 226 Education.
A copy of the application and a copy of short placement form
go to Doug Curry (may (be left in 263 Matthaei/mailbox) for Mr.
Curry.
An Eligibility Report Form must accompany the application
when it is submitted to 226 Education. Undergraduate students
call (313) 577-4265 and set up an appointment with
Miss
Kidwell to complete the forms. MAT students contact
Doug Curry.
Application forms must be submitted for each student
teaching contact requested. The Eligibility Report Form, however,
must be submitted only for the first request.
